ENQUIRY FOR HYDRAULIC FRACTURING CERAMIC PROPPANT SUPPLIERS
Requirements
Proppant
Contractor shall provide Proppant with size and strength, for each stage, based on reservoir formation closure stress and Hydraulic Fracturing design. Any of provided Proppants shall comply with the following requirements:
a) Contractor shall provide to relevant Company Personnel complete technical specification of all Proppant.
b) It shall meet, as a minimum, specifications/requirements specified in API RP 56, API RP 58, API RP 60, API RP 61, API RP 19C and ISO 13503 standards.
c) Equal to or higher than 0.8 krumbein sphericity and roundness.
d) A maximum of 7% acid solubility, when it is tested in accordance with ISO 13503 and API RP19C standards (100 ml of 12:3 HCl: HF acid with 5 gram of Proppant sample at 150 of water bath for 30 minutes).
e) A maximum of 250 FTU turbidity.
f) It shall meet, as a minimum, benchmark conductivity values set forth in Table hereunder when such Proppant is tested in accordance with ISO 13503 and API RP 19C standards.

g) It shall not exceed benchmark percentages of fine values, set forth in Table hereunder, when such Proppant is subject to crush resistance test in accordance with ISO 13503 and API RP 19C standards.
