5. The expiry date of the material must not be less than 18 months from the date of preparation , and the date of manufacture , expiry date and origin must systematically recorded on the material .
6. The packaging must be tightly closed, of good quality and strong and the material must be loaded on wooden or plastic supports , tied and covered with nylon .
7. The material is subjected to laboratory tests in the laboratories of the beneficiary entity to determine the extent of its compliance with the required technical specifications.
8. Certificate of origin is required.
