International Diamond Factory for Plastic Recycling LLC is established in the emirate of Umm Al Quwain, located in Industrial Area 1, UAQ. The company's main business activity is production of LDPE (Granules) . This is made in 3 forms, which are dull, coloured and natural, as per specifications provided by the customer. The production factory and warehouse is located in a total area of 3,000 sq. ft. The factory has installed the required machinery to convert the recycled plastic films in to LDPE (igloo) then to granules, which are used to make poly bags. The owner and Management of the company has in depth knowledge of the process and adopts quality control procedures during manufacturing, as per the requirements of the local / international laws and regulations implemented for environmental protection. the Management ensures the health and safety of the workers and adopting a sound, safe and environmental friendly factory operations. The raw materials are sourced locally and the current production rate is 45 tonnes per month, which is expected to reach 60 tonnes per month in a span of 4 months.
