The key components of wheel bearings are an outer ring, two inner rings, rolling elements, and cages. They belong to the angular contact ball bearing family and are double row. Most wheel bearings manufactured today by factories are sealed bearings which are pressed together as an assembly: front race bearing set, center race bearing set, and outer race with seals on both front and rear race.
