Our company provides certified on-site shredding services and recycling facilities for your confidential information under your supervision using our mobile shredding trucks. Our service involves a regularly and purge (one time) scheduled agreements:
Secure Automatic Service:
Locked security containers (consoles) are placed at your office facility.
Our mobile document destruction truck comes to your location to shred your confidential documents.
Our customer service representative arrives on a predetermined schedule to service the consoles. The documents are immediately taken to the truck where they are placed into the shredding device and destroyed. This process is witnessed by a representative from the client.
A Certificate of Destruction will be provided after every document shredding process that proves the destruction of the documents. This document is signed by the representative of the client who witnessed the destruction.
All the shredded paper material is then recycled.
At the end of the year, you will receive a Tree Saver Environmental Certificate which indicates the number of trees your business has saved from your paper shredder service.
One-time (Purge Service)
Clients may also store their material in their own boxes until they decide it must be destroyed. In that case, the operator empties the contents of boxes into a container and proceeds with the destruction.

Beeah is providing environmental disposal solutions for the retired IT equipment. All electronic assets are processed and recycled. We utilize recognized recycling methods and provide certification that all materials have been processed in an environmentally compliant manner following our electronic waste recycling policy:

All the used printer cartridges will be collected and then transported to our Material Recovery Facility. At MRF all collected cartridges are sorted for recycling or secure disposal. Certificates of recycling are issued to demonstrate that assets have been properly disposed of and recycled. You can keep your empty cartridges in a box and once the box is filled up, give us a call and we will collect it.
