Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing(PAUT)/Time of Flight Diffraction(PAUT): Phased array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) is an advanced NDT method originated from conventional ultrasonic testing(UT).EIWAA offers Weld inspection by PAUT/Phased Array technique by latest & advanced instruments for detecting weld flaws such as lack of fusion, slag inclusion, Porosity, inside diameter/outside diameter, Cracks ,Erosion/Corrosion, inherent discontinuous in forged or casting materials, Corrosion mapping etc..
Alternating Current Field Measurements(ACFM):ACFM inspection is an Electro-magnetic inspection technique that introduces an alternating current to detect surface defecting/linear cracks in steel surfaces. EIWAA have quality ACFM inspectors by quality instruments in order to meet the client requirements.
Remote Field Eddy Current testing(RFET): Remote Field Eddy Current Testing is widely used in Heat exchangers and Boilers of Power plants and Boilers to identify the corrosion/thinning of tube materials. EIWAA Provides RFET for detection and sizing of corrosion and mechanical damage in tubes. Principle of eddy current testing both weld and tubes are electro magnetic Induction. Advantages of RFET is its a non contacting method, covers large areas of inspection and identification of corrosion/thinning as a part of predictive maintenance program.
MFL Inspection in Storage tanks/Tank Floor Scanning: EIWAA Provides Magnetic Flux Leakage inspection or MFL Inspections in storage tanks as a part of API 650/API 653 Inspection to find out the thinning /corrosion of tank floor/bottom plate. Floor Map tank bottom inspection system combines two technologies; Magnetic Flux leakage (MFL) and surface topology air gap reluctance sensors(STARS).API Periodic/Major inspections of storage tanks improves the quality of complete tank inspection systems by MFL Inspections.
Acoustic Emission Testing(AET):Acoustic Emission Testing is a powerful screening technique that provides real time,100% volumetric monitoring of in service storage tanks. EIWAA s advanced Acoustic Emission Testing instrument identifies the damage mechanism including but not limited to Bottom side and top side corrosions, weld cracking ,embrittlement and stress.
SRUT Inspection: EIWAA s Short Range Wave ultrasonic Testing (SR UT) designed to monitor or screening difficult to access locations of tanks,pressure vessels ,piping etc.This difficult to access locations include areas underneath supports,clamps and composite repairs the annular plates of storage tanks.
Tank Shell plate corrosion Mapping: EIWAA offers corrosion mapping of tank shell plates by Scorpion B Scan equipments and we provides corrosion mapping services for pressure vessels, Storage tanks ,Boilers in refineries and power plants.
